Last week I got Little Mix tickets from Kiwi as a birthday present. We've always said that we'd attend a Little Mix concert if they ever came to Norway. And well, they are, in June. They performed at the Brits yesterday, and as always they were mesmerizing. I think they're amazing performers, and under-appreciated. I just think people have in their mind that of course Little Mix are great, but for them to be awarded? Well, it takes a lot more for that to happen. Anyway, I can't wait to see them in concert. Before I went to bed last night, I was listening to their newest album and just dancing along in my bedroom. From my bed, I could see the moon. It was pretty much in my face, shining, as it does. There's this scene in The Proposal where Sandra Bullock is in the bed and trying to find a position where the sun (they're in Alaska where the sun apparently doesn't go down) doesn't hit her in the face as she tries to fall asleep. I felt a lot like that yesterday when I tried to avoid the moonshine hitting my face. I slept for a loooong time, before the sun was too much. Had breakfast, read a bit, exercised, showered, got ready, ate. Then I went to my belieber friend's. "It's our last meal," she told me over the phone, as we were trying to figure out what to eat. We had sausages, of course. According to Darren I eat eight, I think he said. I only had three this time, but usually I'll go for four. We also ate chocolate cake whilst watching the X Games, and I had major shoe envy. I haven't ever watched a skateboard match, but there was a time in my life where I watched skateboarding videos. I had to go way back in my Youtube Favourites archive to figure out when, but it was back in 2011, so five years ago. I'm a worrywart, so I don't usually like watching things where people potentially can hurt themselves. Yes, I am aware that people can hurt themselves in every situation, but I am hinting at sports where the risks for getting hurt are high. I always feel very at home, comfortable in the company of my belieber friend and Darren. It's a nice feeling. Tomorrow I might meet up with Kiwi, cause we've got some things to look at before we leave this space. Sunday is reserved for Oyster. Tuesday and Wednesday is reserved for Marble. "You're not going to work at all?" my belieber friend asked me, about these last days before I go travelling. And nope, my time has been reserved to my friends and family, and to do the last bits of planning and packing (I've not started packing, and Ale wrote me: "what?" in response to that which made me slightly freaked out). I think it's fourteen days left now, which is crazy.
