you had your fun, now the party's done

You know the packing dilemma I've had? Meaning the one where I just haven't been motivated enough to actually start packing? Well, I woke up early today and finished packing in what felt like no time. I've been so worried about overpacking, then I saw the amount of clothes I've decided to bring along, and I got worried about it being too little. Discussed it with Kiwi, and it seems like she thinks I've a good job. I went to the mall to get a few things that I thought I was missing. Guys, I've bought makeup wipes. What's the matter? Well, I've not used makeup wipes since 2012 maybe. I switched over to micellar water back then. Obviously I've used wipes when I haven't had access to my own skincare, but I just figured I'll probably forego makeup most days when I'm out travelling anyway. Plus I need to be practical, which means makeup wipes. I also bought myself two disposable cameras for the trip. I love the feeling of taking pictures on a disposable camera and be surprised when I finally get the pictures evoked. I've pushed all the things aside to a corner of my room, but it really annoys me to see it all like that. I might stuff it into my closet just so I don't have to look at it. I don't like things to look untidy, it's a distraction to me. Tidy room equals a tidy mind. You know how I said my skin has been good lately? Well, now I can feel a pimple trying to dig it's way onto my nose. I did say I'd jinx myself, but do I learn? Nope. Tomorrow I'm having a sleepover at Marble's. We'll probably eat some food and watch a movie. I've not seen Marble in what feels like years, so that'll be good. She's also talked me into going skiing on Wednesday, so I'll see how that goes. It's a fun idea, cause I've not gone skiing since 2012, and before that one time I hadn't gone for years. That time I skied down a few steep hills without much worry. I assure you I'm not like that anymore. Nope, nowadays I'm afraid that I'll break my hip. I'm getting up early tomorrow as well, so I'm going to start getting ready for bed.
